1.) Above all else, be direct and be honest. Be the one that says what has for too long gone unsaid.
2.) Love insanely. Let it all out into the open. You don’t have time to hold back any longer.
3.) Make yourself strong. Physically strong, emotionally strong, spiritually strong.
4.) Practice radical detachment and letting go. We need to create space for the new paradigm to emerge.
5.) Learn to enjoy being patient in allowing things to unfold naturally without forcing anything.
6.) Express yourself like you never have before. Be more real. Be more raw. Be more open. Be more bad ass. Be more you.
7.) Let death be all the motivation you need to do anything you want to do. The clock is ticking faster than ever.
8.) Don’t be surprised when things work out far better than you could have imagined.
9.) Give away as much freedom to others as you can stand, then give them more. Let them have their stupid differing opinions, or whatever, and just keep on loving them with everything you’ve got.
10.) Do not allow your mind to take the wheel. Steer with your heart.
11.) Make personal evolution your prime directive and watch how quickly your life changes for the better.
12.) Be the person in the room that laughs and smiles the most, showing others how to brush off the madness of the world.
13.) Conserve your energy until it is time to move, then do so with maximum potency.
14.) Stay close to the things you can control and distance yourself from those things which you cannot.
15.) Teach everything you’ve learned so far. Participate fully in our the growth of others.
16.) Create relationships, fix relationships, find common ground, build bridges, and be there for others.
17.) Learn to fiercely observe the world and the people around you.
18.) Rewrite the rules as needed for maximum ease and minimum stress.
19.) Let yourself cry, scream or whatever as needed in order make sure you are a conduit for negative emotions, not a reservoir.
20.) Practice, practice, practice. Engage in your daily practice every single day. Cultivate your inner peace and strength through the continuity of your intentions.
21.) Maintain the highest possible vibration you can and make a point of being infectious to others.
Most people will experience some form of grief in their life, due to loss. It is helpful to remember that grieving is a process, not a permanent condition.
Grief is the energetic and emotional withdrawal that occurs when the vibration and resonance of a person, who is no longer here, is removed from the Third Dimensional reality of another person.
When the person departs, those who are close to them experience major energetic shifts, as a result of the permanent separation.
This process is a universal one, although in other cultures grief is sometimes approached differently. In some societies, after a person dies there is dancing, storytelling, and music.
The night of partying is designed to drive away grief and, for that night at least, it works.
However, for the most part, people tend to hold onto feelings, many times in an attempt to hold on to the person.
Once the process of dying begins, the energy of the person begins to transform.
As Life Force Energy is transferred to its next destination, they become less alive in the Third Dimension.
Some people leave suddenly and others take longer, but it is all by design. There are certain times when it is auspicious for a person to be born, and the same goes for dying.
The person’s subconscious and their Higher Self will create whatever circumstances are necessary to achieve this departure.
How they leave can be likened to how some people enter the ocean to swim; some run and jump in, others wade in, gradually getting used to the water.
It is presumed that when a person dies that it is the physical condition that is responsible, but it is actually the reverse.
The Life Force Energy of the person leaves the body first and then the body, which cannot continue without it expires.
Long-Term illness is the result of the body reacting to the essence of the person, slowly leaving the physical form. Sudden death happens when the Life Force Energy leaves very quickly.
When one is ill and it is not time for them to go, Life Force Energy returns and the person recovers. If it is time to leave this incarnation, there is no physical recovery. Dying is similar to being born. Some births are easy and some very difficult.
While experiencing the grieving process, remember that the Universe is perfectly on time. This includes the moment a person is born and when they pass away. No one leaves before his or her time.
Therefore, death should not be looked upon as something unnatural or untimely. Yes, of course, the person will be missed, but their leaving is not a Cosmic mistake.
Agreements are made before a person incarnates and dying is part of that agreement. It does not help to make part of someone’s life a tragedy.
What truly matters is that the essence of any person does not die. Instead, incarnations are completed and the soul, Higher Self, spirit, or whatever you wish to call it, move on.
This is not just an exercise in semantics, nothing really does die, because everything is made up of energy, which cannot be destroyed; only transformed and transmuted into something else.
Loved ones remain, not just in memories, but also in reality—just not the Third Dimensional reality. Therefore, it is time to take another view of the processes of life. Someday dying might even be a very unusual occurrence.
In modern cultures, many people are physically removed from extended families and communities in which births and deaths are experienced firsthand.
Because of this, they are not accustomed to death as a part of the cycle of life.
Death is not a tragedy, but an occasion to celebrate the life of a person and revere the process of the transition. They will be missed, sometimes terribly, but on the other hand, they can be remembered.
In other dimensions, they are still together with those who loved them. The Love that is shared with those that have gone is real, and that Love endures eternally.
If a person’s death is truly the successful conclusion of a contract, which they agreed to before being born, then it can be viewed as a perfectly completed project.
From that standpoint, everyone’s life, no matter how long or short, was as it should be.
Humanity has been sought after our entire existence due to a little thing called human DNA. Our DNA has been damaged and we have been dumbed down to the point that we’ve never known how incredible we really are.
Our DNA is being activated meaning, those two biological strands of DNA (in 1st photo) are starting to talk to those 10 strands of DNA that spiral and intertwine up thru them.
Those 10 strands of DNA have been intentionally cut from us (in 2nd photo) because those 10 strands are our inter-dimensional strands.
They “cut” these strands so they couldn’t talk to the two biological strands. They couldn’t communicate so it kept us in a very low vibrational existence. It’s keeping us isolated from an incredible reality.
Meaning, our DNA is made up of 12 strands and there’s one strand for each dimension and that certain strand corresponds to that density of experience it’s the experiences of these higher frequency densities is what continues our evolution and this is what they’re trying to keep us from.
That reality is where all of our psychic abilities are, telepathy, healing abilities, time travel, that’s where your entire Akashic records are held and much, much more!
This dark enemy is trying to erase the original blueprint of the human DNA that we are clawing our way back up to achieve bringing us back to our original blueprint as at the time of our creation. These dark rulers are trying to suppress our Ascension!
We need to look at the great lengths these psychopaths go to to downgrade our DNA. Meaning, they’ve tried to suppress our Ascension with chemicals, toxins, poisons, vaccinations, GMO foods, they bombard us with low frequency signals to keep us in control.
Currently, they are in a massive push for physical, global control because they cannot stop what’s coming due to this incredible Human Awakening!! It is a true testament to our incredible power the draconian lengths these dirty players have to go to.
These Elite Off World psychopaths live in extreme fear of humanity waking up and expanding our awareness because they lose everything meaning total control of their entire empire.
The enemy’s plan is to erase every bit of our original coding to accomplish complete control over the human race. I’ve said this before I believe that’s what happened to the Greys.
Meaning, back in the ’80s there was a major phase of abductions of humanity by the Greys because they we’re becoming completely artificial intelligence.
They were losing all power of individual thought and needed our DNA to bring that back but to no avail. They too were victims of this Reptilian element. They are and have been a dying race.
These dark players goal is to hybridize the human race. To be a race of corrupt, non-empathetic AI with no individual thought process and emotion.
Because, with emotion we ask questions, so in turn, we want answers which is a major threat to them.
They want us to be a corrupt, artificial bloodline so we’re easier to control. They are trying to suppress our frequency and to do that biologically they do that through poisons, toxic vaccinations, poisonous food etc.
To do this consciously, they do this through frequency bombardment of low vibrational signals. People that are not mentally stable to begin with are easily corrupted by these signals.
Meaning, if they’re about to step off the edge these signals and frequencies will push them. Meaning, they lose their minds.
These dark rulers know boundaries and restrictions limit our spiritual growth. Because, not only does our DNA exist biologically but dimensionally as well. They have been trying to destroy us biologically and, at the same time, destroying us consciously, but that’s not going to happen.
These elite psychopaths know they’re about to lose their mighty empire and they’re not about to let it go without a fight. Hence, the current global situation. It’s going to get rough, real rough but humanity has no other option but to fight.
Spiritual Mastery is defined as the perfection of the spiritual process and a complete understanding as to the nature of reality.
The benefits of Spiritual Mastery are extensive but include the ability to direct one’s destiny, choose one’s future higher-dimensional incarnations, transcend death, perceive the astral and trans-astral realms and perceive all of the non-physical and non-conceptual aspects of the Universe and Reality.
Compounded onto those benefits – one can also achieve Life Mastery in the 3D world (health, abundance, well-being, perfection of the use of energy and having a strong immunity to karma).
It is an elusive state as the vibratory bar for Spiritual Mastery is high – yet with an understanding and application of five main pillars – achieving this state in this life-time (and thus becoming a non-returner to 3D) is certainly possible.
Added to the elusiveness of the state is the fact that the state of Spiritual Mastery cannot be perceived directly from outside of it – and thus Spiritual Perfection remains vibrationally invisible until you are ready to understand directly.
Thus – any teacher (myself included) can only provide sets of tools and road-maps rather than wave a wand and grant you instant Universal Enlightenment. The path must be walked in order to transcend the path and attain an understanding of Truth!
So what are the five main pillars to reflect upon and create if one is serious about attaining Spiritual Mastery?
1. Truth
To attain a state of Spiritual Mastery (and remain there long enough to be able to make use of the state) – one must be committed to the path of truth. All lies cause confusion and distract one from the true path.
Lies, deceptions, trickery and all forms of cheating create karmic effects that dampen one’s vibration and keeps one trapped in a state of separation from Source / Ultimate Truth.
For the Universe to be completely open with you – you must be open with it – lies create barriers and resistances to true intimacy with the Universe.
Spiritual Truth cannot be perceived from any state not aligned to truth – and thus Spiritual Mastery is the product of a transmutation and renunciation of all lies!
2. Impeccability (Ethical Purity)
One of the main reasons why Spiritual Mastery is so hard to attain or to understand in the Western world is because of the unpopularity of being ethical.
Many people cheat, lie, steal, delude themselves or others, engage in control dramas and violate the basic spiritual laws and principles that make a strong relationship to Source possible.
Examples include taking or abusing the sanctity of life, unethical livelihood, sexual misconduct, theft, control (violation of free-will),a lack of respect for the path and a whole host of other ethical issues.
Without the ethical purity in place comprehending high-level spiritual understanding is impossible (there are Universal safeguards in place to prevent people blowing up stars and tearing holes in the Universe or damaging the purity of the Higher Planes – things that would happen if these safeguards were not present!)
Without ethics – whatever one thinks one knows may be false and in some cases one can become subservient to the energies of the Lower Astral – a phenomenon most notable in light-worker channellers who have not yet transcended control dramas.
In my experience of the light-worker community – beneath a superficial veneer of love and light lies a dark world of criminal behaviour, corruption, cheating, lying and a large array of other unresolved control dramas which tragically ends in victim-hood, sickness, misfortune, suffering and death – the end result of ignoring ethics.
The worst enemies of spiritual enlightenment are lying and cheating – both of which will cost you in energy terms many more times the cost of playing fair and true.
For as long as you have the tendency to lie, cheat or steal – spiritual understanding will be impossible to attain. When you cheat with intent – the karmic effect is amplified. Whatever benefit you may believe you obtained through deception and cheating – will quickly be outweighed by the subsequent depletion of energy.
What’s worse – in that depleted state – other people can then cheat you (what goes around comes around) and push you further down into the karmic web. Trying for a short-cut by cheating will always find you walking the hard and long way around.
The one thing that any spiritual teacher cannot teach you is how to live a life of integrity. Either one has it or one does not. It is not something one can learn overnight. Only the experience of life can teach you about the importance of integrity.
Without it – spiritual information, understanding or knowledge is useless – for it is like making a daily visit to the well with a gaping hole in the bottom of the bucket. Nothing can be retained, integrated or made use of.
This is why the world is hungry for spirituality and is not satiated – because there are a host of ethics and integrity issues in the way making retention impossible.
3. Bodily Purity
The body is the temple (the abode) of the Higher Self/ Spirit/ Atman. Keeping a strong relationship to Source requires an extreme level of vibrational purity and freedom from harmful toxins found in almost all foods and drinks on the planet.
The vices of modern day humanity (alcohol and tobacco) are the very things that ruin ones physical temple, destroying one’s light body and creating a further separation from Spiritual Truth.
Eating toxic food consumes vast resources of one’s life-force that could otherwise be directed to the attainment of spiritual understanding!
4. Abundance
Many people struggle with this one primarily because of a separation between the left and right hemispheres of the brain – leading one to polarize spirituality and abundance as mutually exclusive opposites.
Poverty then naturally ensues and one spends many years of one’s life working hard for little abundance instead of spending time doing spiritual practice!
Being spiritual and monetarily abundant simultaneously is a matter of transcending dualistic consciousness that attaches to the either/or mindset.
Having money with no spiritual understanding gives the experience of basic materialism and existence on Earth with no spiritual perspective – being separated from the inner.
Being spiritual and having no money keeps one trapped in a space of being powerless to do or create anything in the outer. Neither are balanced spiritual states and keep one trapped in an either/or and thus stuck in the illusion that one desires to exit.
I was once asked why I promote being abundant as a Spiritual Master. The answer is the matter of time.
Spiritual Mastery takes much effort and time – thus you will need to work less. You will need all of the time you can muster up to perfect the spiritual process and death can come to call at any moment. Abundance can buy you more time which is the most valuable thing you can buy for your path.
Without plenty of abundance, you will be bound to the wheel of time through doing hard and low paid work – this will weaken your energy and destroy your body long before you are able to perfect a state of Spiritual Mastery.
5. Free Will
Without an understanding of free-will and an application of that understanding in one’s daily life – Spiritual Mastery will remain nothing more than a distant concept and pursuing it may not be in your best interests. Free Will gives all beings the choice to determine their own path.
Interference with free-will is control and incurs unfavorable karmas. The energy of Source cannot be controlled or manipulated and this explains why holding onto control issues always causes frustration, conflict, power struggles, suffering and further separation from Source.
Without a respect for free-will there is no respect for the sovereignty and uniqueness of all sentient life. When respect for life is absent – one gravitates toward the opposite – death and the associated loss of awareness.
Death affirming actions, choices and beliefs deepen one’s entrapment to the reincarnation cycle.
With the rise in popularity of both yoga and meditation in the United States today, it should come as no surprise that Americans are more familiar than ever with the existence of the chakras.
However, while we familiarize ourselves with the way these energy centers work within ourselves, we often overlook the way they connect with those around us.
Each of us takes in this energy, influencing our lives, but at the same time, we also share our own energy with the world around us and those that we meet along the way.
Within each of us are 7 important energy centers or chakras throughout which this energy moves.
When they are working in an optimal fashion, the energy within our body flows freely through us, empowering us to release negativity from within while inviting and welcoming positive energy.
However, if our chakras become blocked or unbalanced, it can prevent the flow of energy, encouraging negativity in our lives.
For this reason, it is important that we learn how the chakras work and how to restore our own emotional and spiritual health.
Addressing solely the movement of energy within our body, however, means disregarding a large piece of the bigger puzzle – the way that we connect and communicate with those around us. You see, the universe is so much bigger than any one person.
When we connect with others, we enable ourselves to help heal and care for those that we meet. For example, if someone is suffering, we can transmit positive energy into their lives, bringing them peace.
This doesn’t come without risk, however, as these same people could use this connection to transfer negativity into our own lives.
If you want to empower yourself to connect with others at a deeper, more meaningful level you must first take the time to understand how we communicate on a spiritual level with those that we meet.
Each of our chakras serves a different purpose, and as such, they communicate differently.
Here’s a brief explanation of way each of the body’s chakras communicate with others:
The Crown Chakra
Believed to be the highest level of connection, communication through the Crown Chakra is reserved for relationships that rise above our worldly desires.
These are relationships that may span multiple lives, with a loyalty that trusts and loves one another in a way that can’t be broken by anything. It is the level of connection often associated with soulmates.
The Third Eye Chakra
The chakra most often associated with intuition and self-awareness, the Third Eye Chakra allows us to see past the surface and acknowledge the spiritual person within.
Those relationships that communicate through this chakra are not only focused on their connection with one another, but also on their ability to create peace and harmony in the world around them. They encourage and empower one another in these efforts.
The Throat Chakra
The Throat Chakra is most often associated with truth, honesty, and moral values. It is for this reason that the connections that develop through the Throat Chakra are often spiritual in nature.
We connect here based on shared moral values and beliefs, as well as an understanding that our lives here on Earth are so much more than just our human emotions and desires.
These relationships aren’t rooted in the here and now, instead, they are connections that transcend human life.
The Heart Chakra
Given the association we most often draw with the heart is one of love and romance, you likely won’t be surprised to learn that those relationships that communicate through the Heart Chakra are relationships in which we love one another deeply.
It is important to note, however, that there are different types of love – love for a family member, the love of a friend or a romantic love. All are possible through this connection.
The Solar Plexus Chakra
The chakra associated with ambition, drive, and accomplishment, you will find that relationships that communicate through the Solar Plexus Chakra generally follow one of two paths.
Either they are directly in competition with one another, feeding off this air of competition, or they are connected with the purpose of propelling one another forward towards success.
While competition can take a positive turn, as long as you ensure that your intentions are good these forms of communication can bring us closer to our goals and dreams.
The Sacral Chakra
When one communicates with someone through the Sacral Chakra, their connection is one built on their shared comfort and wealth.
This could be a couple building a beautiful home together, sharing their goals for the lavish furniture that they wish to add, or a friendship in which two people regularly exchange heartfelt gifts.
Understand that while relationships that communicate through the Sacral Chakra can bring us happiness, they run the risk of becoming completely materialistic in nature driven by our tendencies for self-preservation and greed.
The Root Chakra
The most grounded of the chakras, the Root Chakra is connected with our primal desires. For this reason, connections that communicate primarily through the Root Chakra are driven by sexual energy.
It could be that you are in a sexual relationship, a primal connection that underscores many of our closest romantic relationships, or it could be sexual energy that neither of you has acted upon at this point in your lives, but it still influences the connection you share.
