The Italian city of Bologna is set to launch a social credit score style system, dubbed the “smart citizen wallet.” Participating in the program is voluntary, for now.
According to Corriere di Bologna, users of the “smart citizen wallet” will receive “digital points” for “virtuous behavior,” like recycling. The points can be used for purchases and discounts.
“The citizen will [get rewards] if he recycles; if he uses public transport; if he manages [energy consumption] well; if he does not receive sanctions from the municipal authority; if he actively uses the Culture Card,” said councilor Massimo Bugani.
Bologna’s social credit score will differ from the one in China in two ways; it is voluntary and people will not be penalized for bad behavior. The municipality hopes that by treating the program like a reward card, adoption will increase.
“Obviously, no one will be forced to participate, and whoever wants to give consent can download and use a special application, but I believe there will be many to join,” Bugani continued. “We want citizens to understand that they are not losers but that their behavior is rewarded.”
The success of the Bologna social credit score program could have a significant impact on Italy and the EU and, if the government likes the results, the scheme could be broadened.

The Truth About the Pearl Harbor Attack
1941: Globalist agents FDR and Churchill want desperately to drag the United States into World War II. This becomes all the more urgent after Hitler had launched “Operation Barbarossa” in June of the same year — a justified preemptive invasion of the Soviet Union which now threatens to overthrow Stalin and his evil Bolshevik regime in Moscow.
Knowing that American entry into the war would endanger Germany’s war efforts, Hitler ignores repeated U.S. provocations of Germany. To further discourage U.S. entry into the war, Germany, Italy, and Japan sign on to a mutual defense pact in September of 1940- The Tripartite Pact. War against one means war with all three.
Ironically, the Tripartite Pact will have the unintended effect of facilitating FDR’s treasonous scheme to embroil the U.S. into the conflict. As a “backdoor” to the European conflict (which Germany was winning) FDR and Churchill intensify their instigation of Japan. When the aggressive moves become too much for Japan to bear (oil embargo, closure of Panama Canal to Japanese shipping, U.S. battleships cruising through Japanese waters, direct assistance to the Chinese aggressors etc.) Japan decides to make its first direct move against the U.S. aggressor — by attacking Pearl Harbor (the U.S. naval base in the territory of Hawaii) on December 7, 1941 ….exactly as FDR had intended! As a result of the attack, the powerful pro-peace movement in America is silenced in an instant.
Lets remember that only the old obsolete warships were in Hawaii, the newer more powerful American warships were at Midway.
In the ensuing days, war declarations between the Tripartite allies and the US/UK alliance were exchanged.

TEXT OF HIROHITO’S WAR DECLARATION
By the grace of heaven, Emperor of Japan, seated on the throne occupied by the same dynasty from time immemorial, enjoin upon ye, our loyal and brave subjects:
We hereby declare war upon the United States of America and the British Empire. The men and officers of our Army and Navy shall do their utmost in prosecuting the war. Our public servants of various departments shall perform faithfully and diligently their respective duties; the entire nation with a united will shall mobilize their total strength so that nothing will miscarry in the attainment of our war aims.
To ensure the stability of East Asia, and to contribute to world peace is the farsighted policy which was formulated by our great illustrious Imperial Grandsire and our Great Imperial Sire succeeding him and which we lay constantly to heart. To cultivate friendship among nations and to enjoy prosperity in common with all nations, has always been the guiding principle of our Empire’s foreign policy. Eager for the realization of their inordinate ambition to dominate the Orient, both America and Britain, giving support to the Chungking regime, have aggravated the disturbances in East Asia. Moreover these two powers, inducing other countries to follow suit, increased military preparations on all sides of our Empire to challenge us. They have obstructed by every means our peaceful commerce and finally resorted to a direct severance of economic relations, menacing greatly the existence of our Empire.
Patiently have we waited and long have we endured, in the hope that our Government might retrieve the situation in peace. But our adversaries, showing not the least spirit of conciliation, have unduly delayed a settlement; and in the meantime they have intensified the economic and political pressure to compel our Empire to submission. This trend of affairs, would, if left unchecked, not only nullify our Empire’s efforts of many years for the sake of the stabilization of East Asia, but also endanger the very existence of our nation. The situation being such as it is, our Empire, for its existence and self defense has no other recourse but to appeal to arms and to crush every obstacle in its path.

A new report from Italy’s Higher Institute of Health provides an objective analysis of the nation’s misleading covid-19 death tally. Italy’s official covid death tally rose to 132,161 in October of 2021. This tally is unrealistic because covid-19 was diagnosed in haste and under conditions of financial bribery using non-specific diagnostic criteria.
Covid-19 was often listed as the cause of death when it was merely “suspected” and when “it could not be ruled out.”
After careful review of the medical reports, it turns out that respiratory infections may have been a contributing factor but did not cause most of these covid-19 deaths outright.
Various forms of medical malpractice, withheld treatment, inhumane isolation, undernourishment, and unethical standards of care are at the root of this worldwide medical crisis. The deaths are real, but the causes are skewed.
New Medical Analysis Reduces Italy’s Covid-19 Death Tally By 97.1%
A new analysis reduced Italy’s covid-19 death tally by 97.1 percent and provided a more accurate picture as to why these people died in the hospital. Only 3,783 cases could be directly correlated with a covid-19 diagnosis. Because the PCR test (that was designed to detect covid-19) was fraudulently-calibrated from the start, even these 3,783 cases of covid-19 are suspect.
Symptoms of respiratory infection could have been the result of any number of infections that kill people every year, whether that be influenza, tuberculosis, pneumonia or countless other lower and upper respiratory tract infections. Viral infections do not have the same effect on one person to the next due to several underlying factors including the cellular and microbiome terrain, so it is extremely difficult to accurately diagnose a specific respiratory infection and quantify viral load.
According to this new analysis, only 2.9% of the deaths registered since the end of February 2020 have been caused by the novel SARS coronavirus that has never been isolated from humans and replicated in human tissue samples. The annual respiratory infections, antibiotic-resistant bacterial infections, medical errors and other acute medical emergencies that usually cause overcrowding in hospitals were used as propaganda to terrorize and defraud the world into perpetual lock down.
The covid-19 death tally included Italians who suffered from one to five underlying chronic diseases; many were on immune suppressant drugs, and a certain percentage died from medical emergencies that are totally unrelated to covid-19. A total of 67.7% suffered from more than three chronic diseases that had not been resolved through modern medicine. Italians who were already suffering from chronic conditions went on to suffer further from ventilator-associated pneumonia and ventilator-associated lung damage.
One in ten of the deceased patients had a stroke; 65.8% of the Italians had arterial hypertension and were on immune-suppressant drugs; 15.7% suffered from heart failure; 28% had ischemic heart disease; and 24.8% suffered from atrial fibrillation. At least 17.4% already had sick lungs. Many (29.3% had diabetes and other metabolic ailments) that drastically impacted their immune response.
There were several patients (16.3%) who were on their deathbed, struggling on immunosuppressant chemotherapy and radiation drugs known to make people susceptible to any respiratory infection.
These cancer patients had been dealing with cancer for the past five years, with an average three-to-five-year chemotherapy survival rate coming to a close. Another 23.5% were struggling with dementia, their life coming to a close.
Unethical, Inhumane Practices Have Been Implemented In Medical Systems Worldwide
Ever since the World Health Organization (WHO) declared a worldwide pandemic of SARS-CoV-2, medical systems around the world have handled hospitalized patients differently. Patients with any sort of respiratory symptom were isolated and separated from family members.
“Out of an abundance of caution,” hospital systems made vague diagnoses, classifying anyone “suspected of covid” as an official case of SARS-CoV-2. These patients were viewed as highly contagious vectors of disease that should be isolated and put on mechanical ventilation.
As terror and fear were propagated across the media, hospital systems put non-urgent, elective procedures on hold, suspending routine outpatient services that left many chronic patients without adequate medical care.
Industrialized nations like Italy did not implement at-home treatment plans and did not distribute nutraceuticals and prophylactics to help control respiratory disease in the population. This caused populations to be dependent on an already overcrowded system that is not set up to deal with panic, ignorance and helplessness.
As nations continue to put all their stock in retrovirus-contaminated influenza vaccines and experimental gene interference coronavirus vaccines, people continue to suffer and die, even as countless anti-viral, bronco-dilating, anti-inflammatory immune therapies exist.
An art exhibition in Cremona, Italy used city billboards to display paintings by artist Nicoletta Ceccoli who specializes in disturbing MKULTRA-themed imagery, complete with clear allusions to child abuse. Here’s a look at this horrific display of elite depravation.
Sprawling over 20 km (12.5 miles) and 40 billboards, an art exhibit turned the city of Cremona, Italy into a gigantic celebration of MKULTRA. Indeed, this year’s edition of Affiche, an “atypical exhibition” using city billboards to display art, featured paintings by Nicoletta Ceccoli – a famed artist who specializes in disturbing yet blatant images referring to Monarch programming. Of course, this subject matter comes with the obligatory references to child abuse, human trafficking, and satanic rituals.
Nicoletta Ceccoli is a prolific artist whose works were shown in prestigious collections throughout the world. She’s also illustrated children’s books and worked with a long list of corporations such as Random House, Mondadori, Simon and Shuster, Barefoot Books, Greem Press, Fabbri, Arka, Fatatrac, Europacorp, Macy, Diesel, Houghton Mifflin, Henry Holt, Mc Cann Lowe, United Airlines and Vogue.
The global elite loves Ceccoli’s work and is willing to reward her with generous contracts. Are these people bothered by the fact that nearly all of her paintings refer to the most horrific practice known to mankind? No. The symbolism relating to Monarch programming is actually part of their sick “culture”. They love to be surrounded by it and they want us to be surrounded by it as well.
The cover of the illustrated book “Resta Con Me” (Stay With Me) is pure Monarch symbolism. Sitting on a checkerboard pattern floor (the ritualistic surface of occult transformation), a girl dressed in red (the color of sacrifice) is surrounded by masks representing the alter-personas of an MK slave.
Nearly every painting made by this artist is replete with MK symbolism and all kinds of “codes” hinting to sadistic abuse. And, for some reason, Affiche 2020 selected these paintings to be plastered all over the city of Cremona.
Affiche is an atypical exhibition, set up in the spaces that are normally reserved for advertising or electoral posters. Affiche is an exhibition that expands throughout the city with a journey of about 20 kilometers. Every year the large-format artworks of a great international illustrator are shown and his images – usually published in magazines, newspapers and books – are presented directly to passers-by, whether they are strolling, or traveling by car or bicycle. The exhibition space is the city itself.
This year’s edition features 23 paintings by Ceccoli.

Here are some of the paintings put on display by Affiche 2020.
The painting titled Ingenue features a girl surround by monarch butterflies – a reference to Monarch programming. Furthermore, the girl is wearing a dress made of flowers while insects are pollinating them. This is about the “birds and the bees” talk given to children to explain sex. In other words, this painting is about the abuse of an MK slave by Monarch handlers.
This one is called Wicked Delights. A scary figure offers a phallic-shaped lollipop to a young girl. The red and white mushrooms on the ground indicate that the girl is probably being drugged. Indeed, fly agaric mushrooms (red with white dots) are known for their hallucinogenic properties.
This one is called Compagno Di Giochi which means “Playmate”. It is about an MK handler abusing a young girl on a dualistic floor. How can this clearly pedophilic “art” be celebrated?
This one is called L’Ora Del Diavolo (“Hour of the Devil”). It refers to the “Witching Hour”, that time at night where the invocation of the demons is the most potent (believed to be 3 AM). This painting is about MK slaves partaking in satanic rituals and invocations to further trauma and control.
This one is called Hide And Seek and it is 100% about Beta Kitten programming (used to create sex slaves). The girl wears feline prints (used to identify Beta slaves) and holds a feline mask which represents her Beta Kitten alter-persona. Furthermore, the mask is used to create a one-eye sign. To make things 100% obvious, the bird inside the cage indicates that this is all about MK slavery.
This painting represents the dissociation of MK slaves during abuse (described as a feeling of weightlessness). The painting’s name “You’ll Float Too” ominously alludes to the girl dissociating.
This is another painting representing a handler physically abusing a slave. The title Til the End indicates that she won’t come out of this alive.
This one is called Good Girls Go Bad. It represents the “corruption” of children after being forced into the satanic system of the elite. The one-eye sign formed by the mask seals the deal.
Other than being a pedophile’s fantasy, this painting represents the training of Beta Kitten slaves on a ritualistic floor.
This one represents the final outcome of many MK slaves: Human trafficking. This girl is “boxed” and sold as an object. On the box is written “Fully Jointed Soft Vinyl Skin”. Creepy.
It doesn’t take an expert in symbolism to realize that there’s something terribly wrong with these paintings. And Cremona citizens immediately protested this exhibition. Here’s an excerpt from an Italian news article about the exhibit (free translation).
Cremona, the Affiche exhibition and the disturbing images of a horror childhood
A few days ago, the new edition of ‘Affiche’ was inaugurated, a controversial exhibition of illustrations in giant format, displayed in 43 public billboard spaces in the city of Cremona.
The images created by Nicoletta Ceccoli, an illustrator of children’s books, are about the world of childhood and are depicted in a disturbing way (to say the least): In a giant picture you can see a horror version of Alice in Wonderland cutting the throat of a rabbit, but this is nothing compared to the other illustrations that wink at child p*rn. In one, there is a pinocchio dominated in a “sado-maso” way by a girl who wields a whip, not to mention two other images in which, a train and a bunny enter the genitals of two girls.
The aggravating circumstance is that in fact, these are public billboards and the exhibition, organized by the cultural association “Tapirulant”, extends for 20 km in the city space and was inaugurated with a bike ride because among the sponsors there is also Bicincittà.
There is talk of “dream style” with regard to images, but nothing about these images appear to be vague or imaginative. To the contrary, the message is quite clear, to the point of raising the indignation and protests of various exponents of the center-right. In fact, the group advising the Premier Lega per Salvini has announced that a question will be presented on the matter.
The senator of the League Simone Pillon denounced this initiative which he called “cryptopedophilia” and pointed out in a Facebook post, that the “works” were displayed in front of schools. Furthermore, educational tours were organized with the city’s children.
Addressing the institutional representatives, he poses a simple but significant question to the mayor and the organizers: “Why so much fury against the innocence of children? What is your problem? ” In fact, we too ask ourselves how destabilizing it can be for children who have just passed the difficult test of forced isolation due to the pandemic, to approach with such a gloomy vision of childhood that it ceases to be the place of lightness and kingdom of a fantastic imaginary, to be tinged with the dark colors of violence and perversion.
It is necessary to ring the alarm in the face of what we do not hesitate to define as the first signs of a race towards a moral abyss of which we struggle to see even the bottom.
I could spend all day posting paintings by this artist and explaining their obvious and disturbing meanings. Nearly everything she does is replete with the exact pattern of symbolism that’s been described on this site for years. Furthermore, it is absolutely impossible to make sense of her work without understanding the sick world of MK symbolism and its system of abuse and satanic rituals.
The fact that this artwork merely exists is disturbing enough. The fact that it is actually being celebrated and plastered across billboards is a complete travesty.
